Your Credit Union offers loans up to $95,000.00 per account. Whether you are refinancing your current mortgage balance, doing home improvements, buying a rental property or a new car, you can use the equity you have built in your home to finance your ideas and dreams.
Mortgage secured loans have two options. You can obtain a fixed interest rate on a loan up to 60 months. After 60 months the rates have a five or ten year call.
Loans secured with a real estate first or second mortgage up to $50,000.00 can be financed up to 120 months. Loans over $50,000.00 can be financed up to 180 months.
Your Credit Union offers competitive rates for real estate secured loans. All real estate loans have specific guidelines, give the office a call to get the details on terms, requirements and qualifications.
